I enjoy the fact that you can work the AC from your phone while away from home or at home. I enjoy the fact that it also gives you an alert on your phone when the filter needs to be changed.

Not the smartest unit I've owned. Does not restart to previous settings but instead a factory preset. One must enter all select parameters each time unit is shut down. Tedious.

this is definitely what i should have bought a while ago...this replaced an older portable unit and it is nice...definitely a plus being able to control it from anywhere with the app!! for a ""larger window unit wasnt super heavy either..install was a breeze...and it cools an upstairs ..i dont run it through the da but ive got it set to come on at specefic time..cools it in about 20 mins!!!

This air conditioner is excellent, it's effective and cools down most spaces quickly. Being able to control it using an app is also a nice touch, allowing me to set it to cool when I'm on my home so things will be nice and cool when I arrive.

The Room Air Conditioner is amazing. I love the remote and App feature! This thing cools a pretty large room with no problem! The Echo feature I like also. The controls are easy to use and so many options. It was very easy to install also. This is a must have if you need an air conditioner for a room!

For basic auxiliary cooling for extremely hot New Orleans summer days, this unit did everything I wanted. I am a bit disappointed in the directional control of the cool air. It seems like a better louver assembly for this task would not affect cost of manufacture by much at all. A bit more robust inner temperature seal separating hot zone from cold zone also wouldn't cost much but would make a substantial difference in quality of the finished product and probably make for quieter operation. Overall, this is a good unit; easy to install; with very effective cooling capacity when properly sized to match the job.

No long term review here (installed 2 days)...just initial reaction. This unit is great! I have had several window AC units over many years in garages, bonus rooms, campers, cabins...This one is installed in my garage office. It is, by far the coldest and quietest (for it's size) I have experienced.

great features - a lot of them i would never have thought of, but are absolutely perfect. my old a/c was on or off, low or high. this comes on by digital temp. setting. also can view status/temp. and can control from my phone. all great. it also cools a LOT faster than my old clunker (at probably a lot less power)

In this function, I don't know how the thermostat really works, because from the application I see that it tells me the temperature that I selected, which for example is 70 F and on the left side it tells me a lower temperature, that is, 68F / 70F, and it is here when the air does not fulfill its function of turning on and off, to keep the house cold... In COOL mode, works good!

I bought this air conditioner just to make it easier to make my room a little cooler for when I get home from work and with any other air conditioner I'd have to leave it on 24/7 and it would really be much colder but with this one I usually have to shut it off it works so well!
